Successful LAPD Workshop and Plenary in Ennis The 3rd LAPD Workshop and Plenary Meeting took place in Ennis on September 11th and 12th, 2007. There was a full attendance and a full and interesting agenda. The Workshop focused on waste and water measurement.

In the Plenary meeting Niall O'Connor, Monaghan County Council, presented a case study of a hospital in Monaghan. Brian Donlon, EPA, presented on the results of the CGPP programme. Colm Munnelly, REPAK, presented on the REPAK Packaging Prevention Programme. Other discussions took place regarding waste prevention in Communiyt/Households, Retail/Commercial, Farms, and Public Organisations.
