The CTC led Stop Food Waste Programme continues to spread the message of preventing food waste and increasing home composting all around Ireland.

Nuala Madigan, the Environmental Education Officer of the The Irish Peatland Conservation Council (IPCC) continues to give presentations on behalf of the programme to interested groups and is due to speak no less than 9 times from January to March 2011 around the country.
