TU RISE PhD – accounting for food waste in the restaurant sector

This interdisciplinary project combines economics, culinary arts, and restaurant management to develop practical solutions tailored for SMEs. With a competitive stipend of €25,000 per annum and the opportunity to work closely with industry partners, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.
