Senator Feargal Quinn, Louis Copeland and Mary Purcell (Green Business, Clean Technology Centre) Launch the Resource Efficiency in the Retail Sector Guide book in Dundrum Shooping CentreCTC, as part of its work under the Green Business Programme has written a new guide to help retailers in Ireland to reduce their costs, wastage and environmental footprint.

The guide: Resource Efficiency for the Retail Sector has been endorsed by Senator Feargal Quinn and provides retailers with the information, guidance and tips it says they need to save tens of thousands of euro each year.

“Now more than ever, retailers should be aware of how their level of resources and wastage is effecting not just the environment but their bottom line,” James Hogan of the Clean Technology Centre, and programme manager with Green Business.

“No one can afford to literally see money go down the drain and the guide shows how significant savings can be achieved merely by making small changes.
