CTC facilitates Green Business Seminars

The Clean Technology Centre has facilitated the  Green Business Winter Resource Efficiency Seminars in conjunction with Ibec, Bórd Bia and BIM.

The focus of these seminars was on improving “Resource Efficiency in the Food Industry.”

For the last number of years Green Business has hosted and provided information to companies on improving efficiency in their business to reduce costs and emissions to the environment.

In previous seminars Green Business has had excellent presentations from Bewley’s Manufacturing, C&D Foods, Shellfish De La Mer, Anglo Beef Processors, Carbury Milk Products, CG Power Systems, Heinz, etc. who all had very positive stories to tell and reinforced the message that, good environmental management is essential for good business.

•    Cork, The Kingsley Hotel, 13th November
•    Dublin, The Gibson Hotel, 18th November
•    Portlaoise, The Killeshin Hotel, 19th November

This year Green Business partnered with Ibec, BIM and Bórd Bia, Origin Green to develop a series of case studies, tips and information from a number of food industries.
